Terms for using Bank File Tool and its bank statement conversion service

These terms govern your use of Bank File Tool. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service.
Bank File Tool converts supported bank statement PDFs and images into structured data for review and export. Files are uploaded and processed by server-side services; processing may use AI.
Extracted dates, descriptions, amounts, balances, and other fields may be incomplete or incorrect. Check the results against your original statement before using them for accounting, tax submissions, audits, or other decisions. The service does not provide financial, tax, or accounting advice and does not certify a statement's authenticity.
Only submit files that you own or are authorized to process. You remain responsible for the information you upload and for protecting your account.
You retain your rights in uploaded files. You permit us and our service providers to store and process them as needed to perform conversions, return results, maintain the service, and handle your support requests. Uploading a statement does not grant us a general right to publish or distribute it.
Prices, included allowances, billing intervals, and available purchases are shown on the pricing and checkout pages. Conversions currently consume credits based on the submitted page count. Anonymous trial allowances are limited by browser and network usage and are separate from account credits.
We may restrict trials to prevent abuse. Repeated requests for the same pending task do not create an entitlement to additional free processing. For failed conversions or billing questions, contact us with the relevant request reference; avoid including unnecessary statement contents.
A pricing-page countdown is a promotional display. It does not by itself change checkout charges or guarantee a particular price after the timer resets. Review the checkout amount and billing terms before paying.
Do not upload files without authorization, attempt to bypass trial or payment limits, submit malicious content, access other users' information, or interfere with the service. We may restrict access when needed to address misuse, security concerns, or applicable legal obligations.
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, support for every statement, or error-free extraction. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from reliance on conversion results or service interruptions. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
