The converter is designed for the different labels, columns, and page layouts used by major banks rather than one fixed template. Unusual layouts and poor-quality scans may still need a closer review.
It separates each transaction into clear fields and, when the statement includes the required balances, compares the opening balance, transaction totals, and closing balance. If the figures do not reconcile, the result is marked for review.
Your statement is uploaded only so the service can complete the conversion and return the result; it is not published as public content. Because statements contain sensitive information, only upload files you are authorized to process.
